27th Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 27th platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of the services offered.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 27th platform, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms is deemed to occur automatically when you tick the consent checkbox during the registration process, or when you continue using the platform after receiving any notification of changes to the terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use this platform in any capacity.
27th reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time with appropriate notice to users. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
- All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and identity verification details — must be accurate, current, and truthful. 27th reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
- Accounts are for the personal use of the account holder only. Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. 27th will never ask for your password via email, message, or any other communication channel.
- You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including transactions carried out by unauthorised parties as a result of your failure to keep your password secure.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the customer support channels provided on the platform.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the 27th platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access, scrape data from, or manipulate the platform without prior written consent from 27th.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the betting or gaming system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through this platform.
- Sharing, publishing, or distributing offensive, defamatory, threatening, or third-party rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Registering an account using a false identity or using another person's personal information without their consent.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, freezing of account balances, and further legal action where deemed necessary by 27th.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 27th platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
27th reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals, and these limits are subject to change from time to time. Users will be informed of the current limits through the platform interface. Deposit requests that exceed the set limits will not be processed.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements. Processing times are within the period stated on the platform, subject to successful verification.
27th reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or that requires further investigation. Users will be contacted through their registered channel if their withdrawal is subject to a hold.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
The 27th platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy of information, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 27th shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including technical disruptions beyond our control.
27th's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
27th reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of terms, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct that endangers the platform or other users.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings on the platform. Any valid balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met and there are no pending investigations relating to the account.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 27th platform are the exclusive property of 27th or its respective licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 27th is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
27th reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal requirements that necessitate immediate changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
